Material is secured from the appropriate mill, processing is arranged and a production schedule is shared. Material is then inspected, certified and packed, with photographs sent before loading, and freight is booked with the full documentation set handed over.
Yes. Send the drawing or the specification sheet. Where a grade is named under a standard we do not normally quote, the equivalent is identified and confirmed in writing before anything is produced.
